Volans 6 Year Old Extra Anejo Limited Release Tequila | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Expect an aromatic cascade of mature agave notes, accompanied by the rich complexity that six years in bourbon barrels provides. There’s an earthy backbone, a testament to the nutrient-rich red soils from which the agaves were harvested.

Distillery Information
In 2007, I married Cristina, she grew up in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. My in-laws have spent their entire lives living in Jalisco. Miguel, my wife’s father, is an agronomist and has raised agaves, avocados, & blueberries in Jalisco and Michoacán.
