Rebecca Creek 16 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey

In 2010, as our distillery first began to take flight. We sourced aged whiskey fromelite distilleries throughout the United States. We initially selected barrels fromIndiana for our original recipe and decided to set several barrels aside becausewe felt those were truly special. We realized that those barrels marked theending of one distillery era and the beginning of another because each barrelwas labeled with the original distillery that no longer existed. 16 years later theselimited number of barrels have produced a well-aged straight bourbon, bottledfor you at cask strength. This very rare bourbon features a high rye mash billyielding brilliant notes of dark chocolate, salted caramel, and warm cinnamonspice. We are delighted to share this special find with you. Cheers!
