Aged in Bourbon, Sherry and American White Oak new casks. The whisky is then transferred and finished in an ex-Manzanilla Sherry cask.
“Cosmo” blended Japanese malt whisky is named after a mountain in the Japan Central Alps close to the Mars Whisky Distillery.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Cherries and raspberries combine with vanilla, dried red fruits, brown sugar and maple syrup.
Palate: Terry’s chocolate orange, coconut, vanilla and toasted oak.
Finish: Christmas cake, chocolate digestive biscuits, oatcakes.
