The Small Batch Bourbon adds to the collection with its sweet and rich flavor. Made from the same Mash Bill #1, it greets you with caramel corn, butterscotch, and undertones of licorice. The finish is soft, warm, with subtle pepper and tobacco hints.
History Crafted by the visionary E.H. Taylor, this collection hails from the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfurt, Kentucky. Acquired by Taylor in 1869, the distillery saw innovative advancements such as copper fermentation tanks and climate-controlled rick houses. Taylor’s legacy includes the groundbreaking Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897, ensuring the quality and authenticity of spirits. Today, these hand-selected barrels are bottled directly from the barrel, representing the pre-Prohibition era craftsmanship.
