Sazerac’s Caribou Crossing was designed to reinvent the Canadian whisky category. This 80 proof whisky — the first single-barrel Canadian whisky since the 19th century — is aged in oak barrels and was selected from over 200,000 barrels by Master Blender Drew Mayville. This Canadian whisky is bottled twice a year (in the spring and fall) at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky.A new Canadian Whisky as bold and adventurous as the great Caribou who roam the wild. Caribou Crossing is a Canadian Whisky unequaled by any other.
Radiantly-hued nectar with a nod to the tantalizing silky texture provided by the barrel. The rye grain cuts through the wood flavors making its spicy presence known without risking the creamy vanilla custard smoothness. The finish is oak with an orangey tang.
*Some Bottles Do Not Come with a Box*
Due to Caribou’s sensitive wax seal, minor leaks or wax damage may occur occasionally during transit. Due to the recent high temperatures, although rare the wax seal may crack, whiskey can leak onto the cap and cause minor discoloration or the lid may slightly rise due to the heat and pressure. THIS IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REPLACEMENT regardless if this is a gift. Our protection plan will only provide a partial discount at our discretion depending on the volume of leakage or damage. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED.
