Bruichladdich Celtic Nations Blended Whisky

Bruichladdich Celtic Nations is a 2006 limited release of 7.200 bottles, containing a blend of Bruichladdich’s Islay Malt Whisky, a touch of Port Charlotte and Irish Grain Whiskey from Cooley. Initially this was supposed to be the first of 9 different releases but it was quickly banned. According to law it’s not allowed to blend Scotch Whisky and Irish Whiskey so this was both the beginning and the end of this historic experiment
