“The Macallan Sherry Oak Cask Strength is exclusively matured for a minimum of 10 years in Spanish oak casks, handcrafted and sherry seasoned in Jerez, Sain and bottled at original Cask Strength, without chill filtration or the addition of water.  This delivers an exceptionally rich Macallan, wonderfully rich in colour with dried fruit spices, spice and chocolate orange, best enjoyed with a splash of water to release the complex aromas and sumptuous flavours.
